Villa Pica

Often pictures make a property look better than it is, not in this case. The house and location are stunning so peaceful and private. It was our first time in Sicily and a great choice. There was only 4 of us, so the house was bigger than we needed, but the pool and privacy were such a draw that we decided to book it anyway, it was a good choice. Would book again. Host was responsive and pleasant, faultless experience.

Piękna willa, spokój i cisza w okolicy. Dojazd dość ciężki, bo trzeba się wspiąć wysoko na górę po wielu zakrętach. Temp kilka stopni niższa niż w mieście, przez co niestety nie udało nam się w pełni skorzystać z ogrodu i basenu, woda w basenie niestety była bardzo zimna.

Villa Pica is a fantastic and peaceful property located high up in the mountains overlooking Avola. Marco was fantastic with us and helped us in many ways: he brought us speakers to play music, he booked taxis for us to go wherever we want and was very responsive and polite. This is a great getaway property for small groups / couples / families. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable property. Modern, spacious, exceptionally clean and well equiped, we couldn't find fault. We highly recommend this property.

A great place, with Pool, Garden and large terrace . The Villa is very Clean and is equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable.
Very Clean accommoodation in a wonderful surrounding.
The owner is very friendly, and helpful with recommendations for Restaurants, beaches, trips etc.
Communication is very good, because you can communicate in english.

villa splendida e curata nei dettagli. se cercate un posto tranquillo ed isolato, la villa risulterà perfetta. Risultano scomodi tutti i tornanti da fare prima di arrivare alla strada principale. Per il resto un'esperienza molto positiva

Wir haben die Unterkunft im November gemietet. Die Villa entspricht den Bildern vollkommen. Wir wurden überdurchschnittlich empfangen. Neben der großen Küchenaustattung waren Zubehör wie Spülmaschinentaps, Gewürze, etc. vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zuerst hieß es etwas erschreckend, dass der Pool trotz warmer Temperaturen ab November geschlossen sei. Auf Nachfrage war es allerdings trotzdem möglich ihn zu benutzen. Corrado, der Eigentümer war stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und würde sie sofort wieder buchen. Die Lage ist recht ruhig in einem kleinen Dorf auf dem Berg ein paar hundert Meter oberhalb der Küste. Das Meer kann man durch die Bäume sehen.

Sehr tolle Villa mit allem was man benötigt in bester Qualität. Tolle Küche, super Bäder. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll, liebevoll und hoch qualitativ eingerichtet, weder nüchtern noch überladen, einfach top. Es ist noch besser, als es die Fotos erahnen lassen! Garten und Poolbereich sehr großzügig, top gepflegt und wunderschön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausherren verlief direkt und freundlich, er richtete sich ganz nach unserer Zeitplanung. Wenn man es ruhig haben will und die kurvenreiche Auffahrt nicht scheut, ist dies der beste Platz, den man sich denken kann!

Very nice house and excellent service by the owners / their representatives. They were available at all times and check-in and check-out were perfect.

Fantastic location and surroundings. Lovely garden and the most beautiful pool area, secluded and scenic at the same time. spotless clean on arrival. A little bit off the beaten track, but that is a bonus. On a hill, the air is a bit cooler and the garden is shaded. Lots of things to do and explore nearby, including incredible gorges. Kitchen has Everything you need, we cooked at home every day.Very nice bedrooms, both upstairs and downstairs. Quiet, no noises. Greta sleep.
You can open the metal shutters, at least downstairs. Bathrooms Very good, all new.Secluded but you do not feel isolated, as there are people living in houses nearby. Owner Very approachable and easygoing.

Fantastic villa with excellent amenities. The pool was a definite " wow " factor. The owner was most helpful and responsive. You will need to hire a car due to the location. We had a great time thank you.

This is an excellent Villa with a great pool and extremely well kitted out. It is nice to turn up at Villa where you don't have to go out and buy dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, charcoal, firelighters etc. Our host Marco was extremely helpful and even arranged for a lift to Syracuse when we had a problem with our hire car. The only downside was the lack of nearby restaurants, a hire car is essential. There is one restaurant 500m away and one 5 minute drive, otherwise it's self catering or drive to either Noto or Avola. The restaurant 5 min drive away is based on a small farm where you can also by home grown produce and preserves and the food is typical Sicilian.

Very nice and well maintained Villa with all supplies you need for the stay. Villa is located a little bit up in the mountains nearby the beautifull places Noto and Siracusa. Don't forget to visit the CAVA GRANDE DEL CASSIBILE which is ony 3 kilometers from the Villa.

We hebben een week mogen verblijven in deze prachtige villa. Wat een heerlijke plek om vanuit hier Sicilië te ontdekken. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. En daarbij zijn de eigenaren erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Wat je verwacht van Italianen maken zij volledig waar. Wat een lieve mensen. Echt een aanrader dit!
