Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf! Perfect huis voor een fantastische vakantie. Een huurauto bij deze locatie is wel echt een must. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en het contact was goed. Bij vragen of onduidelijkheden hadden we snel reactie en werden we goed geholpen! (Tip hou alles goed schoon ivm mieren, geen eten of dingen laten rondslingeren) Zeker een aanrader om dit verblijf te boeken voor een heerlijke relax vakantie!

The sojourn was absolutely delightful. House was perfectly clean and fully equipped.
We were nicely welcome by Corrado. We experienced no problem whatsoever during our stay.

Villa da sogno con tutte le comodità curata in ogni minimo particolare e immersa nella natura. ideale sia per una vacanza rilassante sia per una vacanza rigenerante. A pochissimi km da bellezze naturali (vedi cavagrande) che culturali (vedi Noto e non solo) ma soprattutto da spiagge da favola. Insomma vacanza straordinaria che ha messo d'accordo anche i nostri figli adolescenti. Una menzione particolare per il proprietario (sig. Corrado) per la splendida accoglienza, disponibilità e cortesia.......GRAZIE

La maison est confortable, très propre et parfaitement équipé, exactement comme sur les photos. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et la piscine. Tout était réuni pour passer un très bon moment. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse et y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Very kind host and excellent property. Away from the busy part of Avola in the hills.

Marco was very helpful in accommodating our needs and even helped us to order food at a local restaurant after a late arrival. The accommodation is clean with a huge garden area which is private and peaceful, the pool is a good size and is also kept clean with a filter. The area is perfect for exploring Noto/Syracuse area and we ventured down the GrandCava (Sicilys Grand Canyon) which has fresh water pools that are perfect for cooling off. We hope to return in the future and would certainly contact the host again to book this place if available.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. The garden is really spacious and ideal for energetic kids. The beds are really comfortable, the house was clean and the kitchen is well equipped.
Good to realise that the house is located on a hill with a 15 minutes drive to the nearest town. There are a few restaurants on the same hill, however the opening hours (at least in off season) were not ideal.

Some maintenance works should be done - in total it was really really nice and the host very friendly!

Corrado hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und alles erklärt. Das Haus war perfekt für unsere Auszeit.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Der Außengrill ist perfekt. Die Bäder haben eine ausreichende Größe. Da wir das Haus für uns zu Zweit hatten, hatten wir das 2. Schlafzimmer zu unserem Umkleidezimmer „gemacht“.
Der Pool hat die richtige Größe; die Sonne (wir hatten ein solches Glück mit den Temperaturen - immer über 25 Grad Ende September / Anfang Oktober) konnten wir den ganzen Tag genießen angefangen beim Frühstück bis in den späten Nachmittag hinein, da man an der Grillstation frühstücken kann und vorne Richtung Pool noch eine kleine Lounge Ecke ist plus die Liegen.

Wir können den Vermieter sowie das Haus absolut empfehlen.

Nerodavola is a lovely villa, very secluded, with all the facilities you’d want. The pool, in particular, was perfect!

What an amazing find!
We were so pleased to turn up to this beautiful property to be met by Marco and his father.
They showed us around the property and then left us to enjoy our stay.
Communication was excellent throughout our trip and before.
The villa is in a fantastic location. Not for everyone. There are no shops, bars or restaurants within walking distance, they're about a 20 minute drive away in Avola.
However, if you want complete peace and relaxation, listening to the sound of cicada in the trees and spending time with family in the amazing pool, then this is the place for you.
The villa is well laid out, 3 double bedrooms each with their own en-suite, suited my grown up family perfectly. There's everything you would need in the villa.
The most outstanding part was the outdoor space, from the gorgeous pool, refreshing on hot sunny days, the covered terraces, perfect for coffee in the morning, and the outdoor kitchen for family bbq's and meals.
I really cannot recommend this house enough. It was simply perfect for us.

We had a great time and Marco and his father were a nice host and gave us a very warm welcome.
The house offers lots of privacy, the pool is great. Great point is that you can sit outside, covered, at the backside as well as at the front of the house.
Nice fresh modern interior

The house is very luxury with a very large garden ( like a park), the owner is very friendly, we enjoyed our stay! Go there!!

Great villa and hosts!

If you want a place to get away from it all then this may be the villa for you. Set high in the hills above Avola the villa offers a comfortable retreat with three en-suite rooms, plenty of space and places to sit inside and out. Beds and linen were all good. Marco was very helpful with ideas for eating out, sourcing some extra pillows and other information. Weather for us wasn’t the best but the pool was refreshing on warm days. The drive to Ragusa was particularly nice and showed a less craggy part of the island. The nearby Grand Cave, Sicily’s Grand Canyon, was a good morning out though quite a workout. The house is set among trees and we needed to get bug spray to try and avoid bites, but with limited success. The trees also blocked what might otherwise have been great panoramic views.

Beautiful house located in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very helpful and nice. I highly recommend this house that will let you rest and enjoy nature and blue sky !

We had a fabulous time at Nerodavola. The villa is fantastic, with plenty of space and everything immaculate. The pool and pool area are beautiful, and there's a big outdoor area at the back too, with lots of lovely trees for shade. The location is wonderful, ideally placed for visiting so many great places in that area of the island. And the service from the villa owner and from Posarelli excellent. We can't wait to return!

We had a great time at Nerodavola. The house is in good condition, nice beds and a relax lounge area outside. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area. I didn’t give the full 5 star rating because we missed some stuff for the kids, like board games or outside games. We visited in spring time, with the surrounding area in full bloom. We missed this in the garden. Herbs and (wild) flowers would make the experience at the property even better.

Belle villa à 15 minutes sur les hauteurs d’Avola et à 5 minutes des lacs de Cavagrande. La propriété est extrêmement propres et l’espace piscine est magnifique. Les propriétaires sont d’une très grande gentillesse et très serviables.

A spacious villa, with all amenities needed for a quiet stay near the sights on south east Sicily. Great pool area to soak up the Sicilian sunshine during the day and relax by in the evening. Well stocked kitchen to prepare and eat at the villa, with plenty of places to choose when eating at local restaurants.
