We had an amazing stay at this villa in Kissamos! The place was spotless and even more spacious than it looks in the pictures. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which made it super comfortable for our group. The backyard is perfect for relaxing, with a great-sized pool and even a working outdoor shower. We especially loved the huge patio — ideal for family breakfasts, lunches, and dinners together. The front parking area is spacious and even has a hose, which was perfect for rinsing off the car after beach days. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive — communication was smooth and they made key pick-up and drop-off really easy. I would recommend this villa to absolutely anyone looking to explore the beautiful beaches of Crete. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Aetheria! Recently updated rooms - each with their own en suite bathroom - are very comfortable and equally sized making it easy to share with another family. The villa has stunning views (can see the sea in the distance), offers privacy but also located just a short 5-minute drive from Kissamos where we could find anything we needed.
The hosts were very reactive and helpful with all of our requests. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Villa Aetheria!

Fantastic villa, very modern and clean with aircon everywhere which was a godsend when the heat was unbearable. the owners were very friendly and attentive and always available for any problems not that we had any!! Pool is great and had the sun all day long and comfy outdoor furniture. Very handy for the town which is only five minutes down the road by car and has lovely restaurants overlooking the sea & beautiful sunsets
